Plant-based milk cake

The best plant-based milks for a cake:

Here is our (non-exhaustive) list of the best plant-based milks:

1 - Soy milk

Due to its protein content, soy milk is probably the plant-based milk most similar to cow's milk! Thanks to its creamy texture and neutral taste, you can make delicious cakes without animal milk, as well as pastry creams, without weighing down your preparation!

2 - Coconut milk

Unlike soy milk, coconut milk is very flavorful 🥥

It will add sweetness and a moist texture to your cakes, perfect for a chocolate fondant!

3 - Oat milk

Sweet and creamy, oat milk will allow you to make moist and consistent cakes 🍰
